The Wittstock flight line, during the departure to Damgarten. The control tower is visible at top left, while in the distance the permitted viewing area can just about be seen. Since this was much too far away from the action and quite useless for photography, a sizeable contingent of enthusiasts left the base and proceeded to the eastern end of the field in order to obtain unauthorised access to the flight line.
