Me 163 kits and accessories

A Revell-Ceji kit from around 1980. It is a reissue of the old Lindberg kit from the fifties or sixties.

Although the basic outline compares well with the real thing, it has many problems. It is covered with rivets, even the wooden wings. The cockpit well is entirely the wrong shape and empty except for deformed pilot figure. The "cut out" windows rear of the canopy are not provided, these must be painted on. The landing skid is too horrible to describe. The tailwheel fairing is way too long - it looks like the V6/V18 prototypes. Lastly it has no generator propellor.
